Synopsis

WARNING EC1034: The last 60 agent requests to the cluster manager have failed. Last failure at: [time]

Description

This warning indicates that emake has been unable to communicate with the cluster manager after several attempts. This is only a warning, as emake will continue executing the build using the resources it was last allocated, and will continue trying to reach the cluster manager. However, this may indicate a connectivity problem in your network, between the emake host and the cluster manager host.

Reasons

This warning can be caused by network congestion or failure; or may be a result of overloading the cluster manager host.

Fixes

Check the “Server Load” tab in the cluster manager web interface for signs that the server is overloaded. If necessary, move the cluster manager to a host with more CPU and RAM resources.

If this condition occurs frequently, contact CloudBees support for additional diagnostic assistance.
