WARNING EC1232: Failed to save operations to '[path]': Build is stopping

This warning occurs when emake is unable to save jobcache data for any reason. The message will be preceded by another, more specific message describing the cause of the failure. This is considered only a warning, rather than an error, because emake can continue to run the build despite the failure to save a jobcache entry for some job.

This warning can be triggered by a variety of unusual error conditions.
