Prerequisites for installing DevOptics
Do the following before you install DevOptics™:

Create a DevOptics account.

Ensure that you have administrator privileges on Jenkins or CloudBees CI and the ability to install Jenkins or CloudBees CI plugins.

Ensure that you are using the supported platforms and supported browsers.
Validating your Jenkins networking configuration

From Jenkins, go to Manage Jenkins > Manage Plugins.

Click the Advanced tab.

In the Test URL box, type https://devoptics.cloudbees.com.

Click Validate Proxy.
This button also determines if a proxy is needed. -
Verify that Success displays below the URL that you entered.
If Success does not display, you may need to clear or provide proxy details, or your network security administrator may need to add an outbound exception for your Jenkins server to "'devoptics.cloudbees.com'" on port 443.

DevOptics supports the following browsers:

Apple Safari: Version 10 and later on macOS 10.10 and later.

Google Chrome: Latest regular release on all supported desktop operating systems.

Microsoft Edge: Latest regular release on all supported desktop operating systems.

Mozilla Firefox: Latest regular release and latest ESR release on all supported desktop operating systems.
