- Restore missing packages to CloudBees Jenkins Platform Docker images (BEE-14566)

As part of the migration from Debian to Universal Base Images (UBI), various system packages were not included in the CloudBees Jenkins Platform Docker images, causing issues in some specific use cases.
This issue has been resolved in this release. The git, iproute, iputils, net-tools, openssh-clients packages have been added to the Docker images.
