In CloudBees Release Orchestration SaaS, you can integrate the Jira project management tool. The issue and project status is updated automatically in Jira. CloudBees Release Orchestration SaaS project management capabilities include:

Configuring Jira project management
To configure Jira:

From the CloudBees Release Orchestration SaaS Home page, select .

Select Project Management on the left pane.

Enter a Tool Name.

Select the JIRA Tool Type from the options.

Enter the Tool URL.

Enter the User Email.

Enter the Access Token.

Additional Features is displayed. Select your desired additional features.

You can view data visualization for All Projects or Specific Projects. If the latter is chosen, select the project(s) from the options.

For each project:

Select an Estimate Unit from the options.

Select a Data Field from the options.

Select SAVE.

In Pipeline Composer, Jira project information can be configured with pipeline information as displayed below. Project Management on the right pane displays the Tool Name and the Project.
You can configure project status in the pipeline stage. After stage completion, Jira status is updated, as displayed below. Include an issue key in commit messages or pull requests. Commits are updated based on the issue key entered on a commit message such as Jira in CloudBees Release Orchestration SaaS pipelines.
You can select RESET to clear your selection at any time, and select  Delete to delete your project management tool configuration.
