Why does a controller connected to my operations center show that its license expires within 72 hours, when my license is valid for longer than that?
Resolution
A managed or client controller connected to an operations center will always show a license expiration sometime within the next 72 hours. This is expected behaviour. The operations center checks the controller periodically to renew the controller’s license before it expires for another 72 hours. Your controller’s license will stay valid as long as it is connected to an operations center, and the license on that operations center remains valid.
