Solution
If you can access the agent command console (for example, telnet node 2409), do so; otherwise, start a new agent interactively. Then issue the following commands to the agent:
% [efs connect 20] panic
| On Windows, if the system is configured for minidumps, the minidump will contain only the call stack of the agent calling its panic routine and nothing else. Always set the largest dump available in the system control panel first. |
For Accelerator 4.x or older, use this command:
% testwin debugbreak
