KBEA-00025 - Changing the location of Agent temp files

You are running out of disk space on c:, so you want to move where the agent/EFS puts cache files.

There are two methods:

1) Use "ecconfig -tempdir "

2) In \\bin\runagent, edit the line set tempDir "" to the directory you want
