No, Electric Make does not currently support UNC pathnames. It is unclear whether Windows provides the means to fully and correctly virtualize UNC paths.
Also on Windows, EMAKE_ROOT must be a drive letter specification or a path relative to a drive letter with a minimum of three characters.
