Resolution
Find the POD template configuration you are using in your job and uncheck Show raw yaml in console:
Depending on the job, the POD template used can be configured either inside the Operations Center: Manage Jenkins -> Kubernetes Pod Templates or in a Kubernetes Cloud Configuration project, which should have the following icon:
