Issue

  • Configure Global Security becomes blank in JOC

  • Client controller security page blank.

Environment

  • CloudBees Jenkins Operations Center 1.6

  • Operations Center Client Plugin < 1.6.1

Resolution

If you are running CloudBees Jenkins Operations Center 1.6, you suppose to be attached a client controller in version >= 1.554.x.y. In this case, you need to update all the Operations plugins to the latest release 1.6.x in both, the client controller and CloudBees Jenkins Operations Center.
