Jenkins Client controllers aren’t reporting analytics back to Jenkins Operations Center

Issue

Our client controllers are not reporting back to our JOC. We have reviewed setup (we are not using haproxy).

Environment

  • CloudBees Jenkins Enterprise

  • CloudBees Jenkins Operations Center

Resolution

If an invalid or unresponsive proxy is configured on the advanced tab of the Update Center it can impact the communication between controllers and CloudBees Jenkins Operations Center.

To resolve this clear all the information about the proxy.
