Resolution

Set TCP port for JNLP agent agents to Fixed in Configure Global Security page

Go to CloudBees Jenkins Operations Center

Click on Manage Jenkins on the left side of the navigator

Click on Configure Global Security in Manage Jenkins page

Select Enable security check box and set the TCP port for JNLP agent agents to Fixed with port number image::common-kb::Enable-security-TCP-port-to-Fixed.png[]
