Log in the GitHub account and go to Settings -> Applications. Click on the Configure button right to Rollout.io (if you don’t see the Configure button, you lack the required permission).
If you only want to remove the integration with a specific repository, remove the repository under Repository access.
If you want to remove the complete GitHub integration, click on Suspend your installation under Danger Zone.
