- Add the new available version in bundle update tab and in the administrative monitor (BEE-18026)

When a new version of the bundle is available, neither the Bundle update tab in the CloudBees Configuration as Code export and update page nor the administrative monitor displayed the new version number. Now this new version number is displayed as part of the message
- Validation result of current version is always visible (BEE-18027)

Now the validation status of the current installed version is always visible in the Bundle update tab in the CloudBees Configuration as Code export and update page and not only when it has errors or warnings.
