Resolved issues
- The instance restarts when the new Configuration as Code bundle is not valid (BEE-40025)

When Bundle Update Timing is enabled and the instance is configured to schedule an automatic restart, if the bundle is not valid, it is rejected, but the restart is performed anyway.
Now the undesired restart is not scheduled if the bundle is rejected.
- Unstable bundle state after an incomplete Reload or Restart operation (BEE-40027)

When Bundle Update Timing is enabled, but the manual step to reload or restart the instance is needed as for the configuration, if the user does not confirm the Reload or Restart operation, the bundle is promoted to be applied even if the button to confirm the operation is not clicked.
Now the bundle is ready to be applied only after confirming the operation.
