Feature enhancements
- Display the time the bundle is applied in the Bundle Update Log (BEE-39481)

Manage Jenkins > CloudBees Configuration as Code export and update > Update log screen now displays the time the bundle version was detected or applied. The time is stored in UTC and displayed in English.
For older registries where the time is not available, the time is displayed as 12:00 AM (00:00).
In addition, the Manage Jenkins > CloudBees Configuration as Code export and update > Bundle update screen now displays the time the current bundle was applied.
