- Administrative monitor with errors shows up when the bundle is successfully applied (BEE-46026)

Under certain circumstances such as low performance, after clicking the button to apply the new bundle version, an administrative monitor displayed a message saying there was a problem with the bundle.
This issue is now fixed.
