- Blocked bundle retriever causes the unlink between controller and bundles (BEE-30323)

All remote retrievals occur in the same thread now, making retrievals atomic. A retrieval request will not start until the currently running request is completed.
Consecutive retrieve requests are enqueued with the checkout and all remotes override the individual remote checkout.
