Resolved issues
- Controller bundle with invalid yaml blocks OC startup process (BEE-46431)

If operations center checks out controller bundles that have structural errors, so the file is not a valid yaml file, the OC gets blocked and does not start. Besides, the error log does not provide enough information to figure out the bundle causing the error.
Now the error is properly logged and the start up process continues.
