Resolved issues
- HashiCorp Vault credentials are now replaced by the credentials from Configuration as Code bundles (BEE-45849)

Prior to this fix, the HashiCorp Vault credentials within a CloudBees CI instance were not removed when applying a Configuration as Code bundle with Vault credentials to that instance.
Now, only the HashiCorp Vault credentials from the CasC bundle are kept. The other credentials are deleted from Jenkins (not from HashiCorp Vault).
