RELEASED: Public: January 24, 2024

New features

Configuration synchronization blocked from newer to older replicas (BEE-43122)

In a High Availability (HA) controller during a rolling upgrade, configuration changes on newer replicas are no longer reloaded by older replicas, since they might be unable to process the newer format.

Changes continue to be synchronized from older to newer replicas, or among replicas of the same versions.

Proxy configuration screens to new replicas during rolling upgrade (BEE-43127)

When performing a rolling upgrade of High Availability (HA) controller, some replicas may run newer versions of CloudBees CI than others.

Now, if a user’s web session is still associated with an older replica, all configuration pages are transparently redirected to a newer replica to handle.
