Prevent thread leaks when the previous Slack messages are updated (STICKY-736)
When a new build is started the previous Slack messages are updated so the Rebuild button is removed. This fix prevents a thread from leaking when those messages are updated.
Known issues

When a job is rebuilt and the previous CloudBees Slack Integration messages were updated, the link to the PR would break.

Additionally, the repository name and URL are correctly displayed instead of the constant
pull-requestsfor those jobs pulling from Bitbucket.
Both issues are fixed in CloudBees Slack Integration Plugin 1.11
