When the Elasticsearch Reporter plugins were installed on the operations center and configured to push the configuration to managed controllers, a High Availability (HA) managed controller lacked the controller plugins, and errors could be returned synchronizing settings from the operations center with the result that some replicas would be unable to use the operations center SSO and possibly other functionality.
