- Backup fails when temporary AWS credentials expire (BEE-5555)

AWS temporary keys are generated when you use the IAM role as the credential set in backup jobs. However, the client that stores the keys was being cached incorrectly, and keys were used after they expired, leading to failed backups.
With this fix, client caching is suppressed, and a new client is created for each backup so that temporary keys (
assumeRole) are generated every time.
