- Validate functionality of Backup / Restore job fails for Amazon S3 when Bucket default encryption is set to AWS-KMS (BEE-39772)

When configuring a Backup and Restore job with the Amazon S3 store, the Validate button shows a missing
kms:GenerateDataKeypermission error if the default Server Side Encryption of the S3 bucket is set with something different than Server-side encryption with Amazon S3 managed keys (SSE-S3). This is a GUI issue only. The functionality does not infer the value of the Server Side Encryption field and misconfigure the S3 client.The issue has been fixed.
