- CloudBees CasC items plugins cannot be dynamically installed (BEE-44629)

Installing any of the CloudBees CasC items plugins through the Plugin Manager and instead of a CasC bundle required a restart for the plugins to take effect.
Now a restart is no longer needed when installing the plugins.
