Kube Agent Management Plugin 1.1.27

Update Kubernetes dependency from 1.23.1 to 1.23.3

It is now possible to configure a default namespace to use if cloud and pod template namespaces are left blank, using the system property com.cloudbees.jenkins.plugins.kube.NamespaceFilter.defaultNamespace. This change is part of larger changes in the product to allow scheduling build agents in a different namespace than managed controllers. You do not need to set this system property manually. Read the instructions in the Helm chart for more information.
