The -Dhudson.DNSMultiCast.disabled=true Java option was removed from the operations center and managed controller configuration, as it was disabled in version 2.220.

Problem: Plugins calling System.gc() slowing Jenkins controllers.

Fix: Set -XX:+DisableExplicitGC to make System.gc() in to a NoOp call. Users can override this by changing the Java Options on their managed controllers.
