Before when a user attempted to continue with Move/Copy/Promote after receiving the error modal, the user was not presented with an appropriate message indicating if the action was successful or failed.
With this fix, regardless of the action, users are informed after receiving the Move/Copy/Promote error modal that the action failed or succeeded.
