- Fixed an issue causing various connection exceptions between operations center and client controller (BEE-35821)

The context associated with a particular client controller in operations center could be partially cleared in some situations, causing various issues when using the Messaging subsystem.
The lifecycle has been fixed to ensure the context always remains correct.
