- External authentication groups not set for API/CLI calls are authenticated via the operations center SSO using username/password (BEE-46231)

An earlier regression fix enabled API/CLI calls to be made using the operations center SSO even using username/password (an API token is still strongly encouraged), but omitted external groups such as from LDAP. These are now set correctly.
