Use OperationsCenter.ImagePullSecrets in controllers ServiceAccount (BEE-59071):
With this fix, OperationsCenter.ImagePullSecrets from Helm values is set on controllers' ServiceAccounts. Note that a controller reprovisioning is required for the value to be propagated.
