CasC Master path is not updated when the controller is moved (CTR-2074)
The Configuration as Code (CasC) Master path was not updated when using Move/Copy/Promote to move a controller from one folder to another.
With this fix, the CasC Master path is updated in the CasC configuration on operations center if the controller is moved to a new location.
