A new administrative monitor has been added to show a warning message when it detects problems with the fallback security realm.
The security realm fallback mechanism allows users to log-in SSO enabled controllers even when there is no connection to Operations Center, but it requires an SSO compatible realm plugin installed which depends on the Security Realm configuration on Operations Center. This administrative monitor will check the pre-conditions to ensure the fallback will work properly when needed.
