Multi-Branch Project Will Not Display In Folder Using CloudBees Role-Based Access Control Permissions

There is a bug in version 0.3 of the Multi-Branch Project Plugin that causes the project type to not display in a folder even when the user accessing the project has permissions to see it.

Upgrade the Multi-Branch Project Plugin to the latest version.
