The cloudbees-support plugin not active on enterprise instance

Issue

Plugin cloudbees-support is either disabled, not installed, or failed to load.

The CloudBees support team require that this plugin be installed.

Resolution

Go to the Jenkins instance Plugin Manager and ensure that plugin cloudbees-support is installed and not disabled.

You can check for failed plugins by navigating to Manage Jenkins and looking for any are dependency errors loading plugins.
