KBEA-00048 - Changing where php session files are created

With CloudBees CD/RO, you want to change the location of the php session sess_* files, and determine when the files will be cleaned up.

Open INSTALL_DIRECTORY/conf/php.ini, and edit the values of these two settings accordingly.
