Issue

Any customer that updates to version 2.138.3.1 will be not able to perform a backup using the cluster operation.

Environment

CloudBees CI (CloudBees Core) on Modern Cloud Platforms 2.138.3.1
CloudBees Backup Plugin before 3.38.8

Resolution

Solution

Upgrade CloudBees Backup Plugin to 3.38.8 or later.

Workaround

Perform the backup via CLI command or using The Backup and Restore job the controller.
