New features

Initial release: There was no reliable way to define CloudBees CI items (for example, folders) and global (Role Based Access Control) Roles and Groups in CloudBees CasC configuration bundles.

Two new files, named items.yaml and rbac.yaml, are now part of the CloudBees CasC configuration bundles and contain the definitions of CloudBees CI items, including folders, roles, and groups.

Users must install the CloudBees CasC API plugin to enable the new items.yaml and rbac.yaml files.
