Wrap private authentication token as HMAC512 (BEE-44161)
Private authentication tokens used by the Configuration as Code bundle retriever to communicate with the {CAP-OC} were incorrectly being wrapped as RSA keys. The keys are now correctly wrapped as HmacSHA512
