Configuration as Code (CasC) did not allow more than one SCM Navigators (BEE-54581)

Configuration as Code (CasC) did not allow defining more than one object in the navigators list of an organization folder. This differed from the GUI configuration options.

Users can now define more than one SCM navigator.
