CloudBees Platform Integration Plugin 1.422.639

The CloudBees Platform Integration plugin removes the OpenTelemetry plugin dependency starting with version 1.422.639. After upgrading, the plugin remains installed and must be removed manually if not needed. Uninstalling related plugins is also recommended if they are no longer required.

This fixes the key parsing issue that occurred during manual authentication from the CloudBees platform.
