- Synchronizing completed build metadata between High Availability (HA) replicas (BEE-44143)

A build running in one replica of an HA controller is invisible to other replicas until it finishes.
After that, it is unusual but possible for build metadata to be edited. Now such changes are reflected in all replicas.
