- Showing live operations center page from all HA replicas (BEE-46291)

In a High Availability (HA) controller, only one replica at a time holds a socket open to the operations center. Previously, the operations center sidebar link from other replicas (depending on your sticky session) showed a page that indicates this replica did not hold that connection. Now, the same view is displayed from any replica, including the running connection log.
