- Administrative monitor warning about agents running outdated software (BEE-51110)

An administrative monitor is displayed if a permanent agent is currently connected or a cloud agent has recently connected, using either a old version of
agent.jar, or a version of Java that is older than the controller. This works also for High Availability (HA) controllers.
