[ZD-13666] Use a bundled Trilead SSH library rather than trying to pick
it up from core. Fixes a linkage error on Windows when using SFTP, and
is generally good practice.
[ZD-14264] Exclude all $JENKINS_HOME/logs/.
SFTP: make backups directory if it does not already exist.
