- Hibernation redirect did not work in a cluster using subdomains (BEE-49631)

When you enable subdomains in a cluster (
Subdomain=true) and hibernation (Hibernation.Enabled=true), the redirect page on the hibernation monitor (/hibernation/ns//redirect//) would wake the controller, but it was using an invalid liveness check URL and the web page stated it was still waiting for the controller to finish starting, even after it had already started.Now, a functional liveness check URL is used and it assumes that the managed controller has also been updated to the matching version.
