Fixed a bug causing credentials not to be displayed for a Kubernetes Cluster endpoint

Fixed a NPE that could be through early in CJOC initialization

To set JAVA_OPTS for controllers from the yaml manifest, under the jenkins container, add an environment variable named MASTER_JAVA_OPTIONS with value -Dname.of.system.property=value.of.system.property

The current storage class is now displayed in controller config screen.
