SECURITY-410 Security Release: Jenkins Administrator, will be warned with a message in the roles/groups page when Upload Plugins, Configure Update Center or Run Scripts permission are granted to roles but they don’t have the Administer permission. These permissions will be restricted if granted to users without Administer.
